OSCAR-WORTHY PERFORMANCE IN HOLLYWOOD & HOME THEATERS.

Lighting, directing, cinematography -- a lot of creative forethought goes into the look of movies and TV shows. As movie lovers and filmmakers ourselves, The Screening Room is dedicated to ensuring that the video display systems we offer accurately reproduce the artistic vision of screenwriters, directors and cinematographers with the utmost fidelity and respect for their craft.

Our list of brands below are just as likely to be found in a movie studio or on an awards stage as they are in the home of a discerning videophile. For example, Stewart FilmScreen has been the reference in Hollywood screening rooms and at the Academy Awards for decades, while Sony and JVC video cameras and reference monitors are widely used in both TV and video production. Today, The Screening Room is honored to make this authentic Hollywood screening experience available to our customers through the pedigreed lines we offer.

Sony

The Screening Room is proud to offer a wide variety of SONY products used in digital cinemas and mastering houses around the world including HD and 4K projectors, flat panels and audio. Sony is unique in that they are the only consumer electronics company that actually owns their own movie studio. On either side of the camera lens, Sony has it covered.

JVC

With a pedigree in Hollywood TV and video production, JVC's front-end projectors are widely regarded as some of the best in the industry, especially because of their unmatched native contrast ratio and expanded color space. JVC projectors can also be found in mission-critical space program and flight simulation applications.

Stewart FilmScreen

Stewart FilmScreen has a long and distinguished history of making high quality, future-proof reference screens for professional and home theater installations. What's more, Stewart Filmscreen is used onstage every year at the Oscars and they're the only screen manufacturer that has won two Academy Awards.

SI

SI (Screen Innovations) offers state-of-the-art fixed and motorized projection screens for commercial and residential use including the award-winning Black Diamond ambient light rejecting screen and revolutionary multi-aspect ratio Transformer. By constantly challenging the status quo and leading the industry in design and innovation, Screen Innovations truly lives up to its name.

SIM2

Founded in 1995, SIM2 is an Italian electronics company and worldwide manufacturer of award-winning home theater products. SIM2 is also a leading provider of high-performance large screen systems (for control rooms, information, communication, and simulation) and professional projection systems for E–cinema applications.

DPI

DPI is one of the early pioneers in digital front projection with a Hollywood pedigree in commercial digital cinema. With the early-adoption of DLP technology and the introduction of Power Displays projection, DPI continues to lead the industry to this day -- which is probably why DPI is the top choice of engineers at the Digital Cinema Association.

Epson

Epson has become the best-selling home theater projector due to their ability to deliver a very good price to performance ratio. They've also made tremendous strides in R&D including the development of a proprietary Liquid Crystal On Quartz reflective LCD technology (similar to the LCOS utilized by JVC and Sony) featured on their top-of-the-line models.

Seymour Screen Excellence

Seymour Screen Excellence's mission is to offer the most advanced acoustically transparent screens available today. Using the proprietary Enlightor woven screen fabrics, Seymour's state-of-the-art screens provide flawless picture quality and acoustic transparency, superior to traditional perforated screens and other less exacting woven screen materials.

Christie Digital

Christie Digital offers Home theater DLP projectors with a genuine Digital Cinema pedigree.

LG

Along with SONY, LG offers some of the top-ranked flat panels on the market, most notably, their line of OLED TVs.
